Meet Your Instructor & The Creator of ILT Labs™

ILT Foundations™ was built to teach the why behind
lymphatic work, not just the sequence.

Lymphatic work isn’t choreography. It’s intention.

When I first trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, I walked away with more questions than answers. I knew the sequence, but not how to apply it with real clients. Many therapists I met had the same struggle —strong technique, but little practical guidance.

That’s why I built this program: to bridge the gap between certification and real-world practice. We focus on the cases you’ll see every day—post-surgical swelling, lymphedema risk, autoimmune conditions, and general wellness. You’ll leave with everything I wish I had when I started: clear breakdowns of anatomy and physiology, step-by-step applications, real-world protocols, and the language to confidently educate clients on the value of this work.

ILT is not about memorizing choreography. It’s about understanding systems. It’s about intention driving technique. It’s about knowing what outcome you’re creating before your hands ever touch the body.

This isn’t theory you forget the next day. It’s hands-on, case-driven training that gives you clarity, confidence, and excitement to return to your practice ready to deliver care that truly makes a difference.

That’s the standard we’re raising. And that’s why this work matters.

Home

Jessica did such a good job at making this topic so relevant to my line of work. I appreciated the conversational + hands-on style of learning. Jess was open to all questions yet was still able to keep the class on track & productive.

Home

We thoroughly went into depth over differential diagnoses, client cases, case studies, etc. I definitely feel prepared for any case that may come through after this training. It was also a perfect combo of hands-on, lecture, etc., and a warm training environment. So grateful!
